INTEA project management complies with client and project requirements, applicable laws and regulations, as well as INTEA quality management system, certified according to ISO 9001. Typical project management activities include:

• kick-off meeting,
• overall contract control and execution,
• project coordination (client, engineering team, suppliers),
• forecasting and resource management,
• periodical progress reporting,
• material procurement and inspection,
• quality management including risk management,
• packing and transport coordination,
• performance guarantees and warranties.

Among standard project management outputs are also QA and QC plan (quality assurance / quality control).
